So, since I'm updating, here it is. I added a new story to Hot Pink Bohemian... do try to keep your eyeballs in their proper sockets.

Also, I started writing rap lyrics today, if you can believe that. (See, anything is possible!) I've got a couple of Eminem songs on my playlist and happened to hear them both within the last couple of days, thanks to randomizing my playlist ("Stan" and "Without Me" for those interested) and it ignited some sort of fire under me to write some lyrics. I used to write song lyrics a lot; I got out of the habit somehow. So we'll see what happens here.

So...Diary-x took a dive. Apparently the dude who runs it didn't back shit up, either, so everything posted after December of 2004 is just gone. Way to go, man!

And that means, there goes my photo blog! I still have most of the pictures, but there is no way I'm going to attempt to recreate what I had up there! In fact, I'd been updating that thing so infrequently, I'm just going to go ahead and put the whole project on hold for the time being. If I have pictures I want/need to share, I'll either just post them here or my Yahoo Photo album, or I'll make a page on my own space for them and put a link to it here.

In the crash, I also lost RANTZ, which really pisses me off (ironically, now I can't RANT about it anyplace!) because I didn't save anything I wrote in there. Gone also is the private, locked journal I'd been writing in every now and then. Ohhh well! That'll teach me to back up my own shit from now on I guess, eh?

I just realized I hadn't changed the date on the previous entry..lol. Nothing new here, naturally. Another week of shitty 4-hour shifts, and the two days I got off are the two days my mom's off and would have no trouble getting me to work and back, natch!

I bought some new speakers for my PC because mine have been giving me trouble off and on since Arizona and they're finally staticking up the joint too much for my liking. I got some for $15 online somewhere - some decent-sounding ones - and with free shipping. So ya pretty much can't go wrong there. Here's hoping...

Nothing of interest going on; just wanted to get a new layout up for February. 

I'm not getting enough damn hours at the store - they schedule me five days a week but for like, four hours on a shift. Shit! I know this is the slow time of year everywhere, but if things don't pick up in the next couple of weeks, I am going to seek employment elsewhere. I was given a good lead; it's just a matter of whether they're hiring right now.
